Here are some fun and budget-friendly DIY project ideas that can help you personalize your college dorm:

Dorm walls can feel bland and impersonal. Personalize them with custom wall art:

• Photo Wall: Many dorms/apartments do not let you drill into the walls. Print out some photos you love (of friends, family, bands, etc) and arrange them in a gallery on your wall.
• Paintings: If you enjoy painting, make some personalized pieces for your place to add a bit of color to the walls.

• DIY Tapestry: Making a stylish tapestry doesn’t have to be difficult! With either your favorite fabric or a large printed photo, you can add a cool pop of color to your space.
